  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable).
  • Customized or personalized jewelry may not be eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • We may request photographs of the defect or damage for verification.
  • Verified defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved products.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or negligence.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds are usually issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or damaged items.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping methods for returns. Jewelzmart is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

6. Exchanges
